How Lending Works

Submit your pieces for review. If your items check all our boxes, we'll take care of the rest.

Accept
We will inform you via email when your items are rented, and connect you with the borrower to arrange pickup (if local)/ provide delivery details if shipping is required (pre-paid lables).

Arrange Pick Up/Delivery
Coordinate a pick-up and drop-off time that works for both of you, based on the selected borrow period (4, 8, or 12 days), if local. Ship item with pre-paid labels if borrower is not local.

Get $$$
Once your borrow is complete, and your item is returned, get paid out for 80% of the borrow price!
DAMAGES & LOSSES
Protection Plan
Don't stress. Our protection policies are designed to reimburse you for either the repair cost or the original receipt value of the item.
CLEANING YOUR ITEM
Cleaning
We recommend that lenders clean their items after each borrow to keep everything fresh and ready to go. Cleaning costs aren’t included in the booking fee, so these will be the responsibility of the lender once the item is returned. Be sure to factor this in when setting your daily borrow rate if your item has special cleaning requirements.
We Can Manage Your Closet!
We offer a managed service where we handle storage, cleaning, and logistics. If you choose this option, a 10% management fee applies.
