Terms & Conditions
By accessing and using the Nonni website at www.shopnonni.com, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. Nonni reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Definitions

“You” / “Your”: Refers to all users of the Nonni platform, including both lenders and borrowers.

“Nonni” / “We” / “Us” / “Our”: Refers to Nonni Ltd.

Lender: The individual or entity that owns and lists an item for rental through Nonni.

Borrower: The individual who rents an item listed on the Nonni platform.
Binding Agreement
These Terms & Conditions represent a legally binding agreement between you and Nonni. Whether you are simply browsing or participating in the platform as a lender or borrower, you are required to adhere to these terms and any additional policies referenced herein or on the website. If updated terms are posted, continued use of the platform will indicate your acceptance of the changes.
Eligibility
By using the platform, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 and legally capable of entering into contracts. Rentals for individuals under 18 must be facilitated by an adult acting on their behalf.
Lender Policies
Listing Items
Lenders may submit items for listing via our online form. All submissions are reviewed and approved at Nonni’s discretion based on factors such as condition, seasonality, rental appeal, and potential for damage. We may adjust listing prices based on market trends or past performance to enhance borrow potential.
Communication
All lender communications occur via email. Lenders are expected to respond within 24 hours. Lack of timely response may result in the removal of items from the platform.
Borrow Requests
Lenders will be notified of rental requests via sms/email and must accept or decline within 24 hours. Failure to respond repeatedly may result in removal from the platform.
Item Condition & Cleanliness
Items must be freshly cleaned and in good condition prior to shipping. Unclean or misrepresented items (e.g., with unlisted stains, damage, or odor) may result in reimbursement deductions and removal from the site.
Condition Documentation
Lenders must take clear, time-stamped photos of their item before shipment. These photos serve as a reference point for any future claims related to damages or disputes.
Cancellations
Lenders may cancel a confirmed borrow up to 7 days before the rental period begins without penalty. Cancellations within 7 days will result in deductions from future earnings and item removal from the platform.
Payout & Fees
Lenders earn 80% of the item rental fee. Payouts are issued via e-transfer within 5 business days after the item has been returned and reviewed.
Borrower Verification & Payment Collection
In the interest of protecting our lenders and their luxury items, Nonni requires all borrowers to provide valid credit card details prior to their rental period.

Borrowers will be contacted by a Nonni representative ahead of their scheduled rental to confirm identity and collect payment information.

This information is securely stored for the duration of the rental and used only in cases of excessive damage, theft, or loss.

Failure to provide a valid card on file may result in cancellation of the rental.
Borrowers who damage, lose, or fail to return items will be charged up to the full retail value of the item.
Returns, Late Fees & Damages
Late Returns
Return dates are estimates and we do not reimburse for delays unless the item is lost or stolen. Late fees collected from borrowers are not passed on to lenders.
Minor Damages
Borrowers will be billed for minor repairs resulting from stains, missing buttons, or other small issues. Lenders will be compensated accordingly.
Major Damages & Loss
In the case of theft, loss, or irreparable damage, the borrower will be charged the full retail price. The lender will be reimbursed following Nonni’s review and confirmation.
Wear & Tear
General signs of use are to be expected. After each borrow, new baseline photos will be required to document the updated condition.
Submitting a Claim
Lenders must submit any damage, loss, or late return claims within 2 days of the return date. Claims should include proof of purchase, condition photos (before/after), repair receipts, and tracking documentation.
Nonni is not the owner of any listed items and will not reimburse costs outside borrower liability. Claims without supporting documentation or communication will be closed after 14 days.
Cleaning After Return
All items will be returned unwashed. Any excessive cleaning needs (e.g., stains, makeup, odors) must be reported via a claim within 2 days of item return.
Editing or Retiring Listings
Lenders may contact Nonni to update or retire their listing. We reserve the right to remove items that fall below engagement benchmarks or do not align with our community standards.
