How can I guarantee on time arrival?
Plan to start your rental 1-2 days before your event. This allows you extra time to try on the item and plan your look. Don’t worry—we are committed to ensuring your piece is in your hands on schedule or even ahead of time at no additional cost.
What if I damage it?
Handle rented items with care! If an item gets damaged, you may need to cover repair expenses. Significant damage could result in being charged the item's full value
What if it doesn't fit?
Our goal is to help you look and feel amazing in your rented outfit! That’s why our Lenders include photos of themselves wearing the item to give you a better idea of the fit. Also feel free to reverence the brands product page to see measurements/sizing information. Have questions? Message us for help. Keep in mind, all rentals are final and non-refundable once delivered.
Do I need to clean it before returning?
Let the Lender handle the cleaning! Simply arrange a date and time to return the item to the Lender before the end of the rental period.
What if I return it late?
We get it—life happens! That’s why we include a 1-day grace period for those little slip-ups. However, keep in mind that others might be waiting to Borrow the same item, so sending it back on time helps everyone stay stylish. Late returns will incur a $10 daily fee, and if it’s more than 7 days overdue, it’s considered non-returned, meaning you’ll be charged the full retail price.
